Information we collect

When you browse the site

The site does not use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may record standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time, to operate and secure the service. (Review required)

Analytics is currently switched off. If we enable it in future, this policy will be updated first to name the provider, describe what is collected and explain your choices.

When you contact us

The project enquiry form asks for:

  • your name, work email and company name;
  • optionally, a phone number and your industry;
  • the service you are interested in and a description of your requirements.

At present the form does not transmit data from the website. It prepares an email in your own email application, and information reaches us only if you choose to send that email. When a server-side form is introduced, this section will be updated to describe how submissions are transmitted and stored.

Please do not include passwords, credentials or confidential business data in an enquiry.

Why we use it

  • to reply to your enquiry and discuss a potential engagement;
  • to keep a record of business correspondence;
  • to protect the website and our systems from misuse.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.

Legal basis and retention (Review required)

We process enquiry information to respond to your request and for our legitimate business purposes, in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where it applies. We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law. Specific retention periods are to be confirmed.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business, such as email and hosting providers, under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. (Review required)

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent where processing depends on it, by writing to admin@datacloudengine.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. (Review required)

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
